How long will my order take?
The design process can be efficient or take time. It depends on whether you know what you want and how quickly you approve your shop drawings. We at Olax will work closely and productively with you to speed this process up.
Our current lead times for manufacturing are 8 – 12 weeks from approval to shop drawings, to delivery to site. We will do our best to deliver in a shorter time period.

Where are your products made?
Olax design team are in Croydon North, Victoria. Where they work closely with our manufacturing team in Anhui CHINA. All steel glass doors and windows are securely packed and sealed in large wooden boxes and imported Worldwide in large shipping containers.
From the concept of your design and checking the functionality of your design right through to dispatch, our products undertake an extensive quality check.
What size doors can you make?
Contact us, as each door type is different, based on material type, glazing thickness and hardware.
How do I install my new Olax Door?
As each installation will have different requirements and quality and safety is paramount, we recommend using a Registered Builder or Carpenter to install your Olax Door. Your door will come with all the necessary hardware to install your door into our supplied door frames.
Your builder or carpenter will ensure proper installation of the jamb and hanging of the door.
